This time from Global views on Hunan, Nana, a Ghanaian student of Hunan Normal University, visited Lin Cheng’s home in Changsha and accepted the challenge to learn to cook Hunanese cuisines.

In Nana’s view of Hunan, “ there are so many kinds of delicious foods here that one’s stomach is not big enough to have them all.”Yet, she said it from her heart,“the warmth from Hunanese always has a spot in my heart.”
